A UI to suggest switching to structures

When you change a section from a channel to a structure, a common (maybe even default) behaviour is that on the element index it doesn't automatically switch the user to structure view.

It probably doesn't make sense to automatically switch them, as they might have a valid reason to not view it as a structure so this behaviour is probably right but unintuitive.

This is a gotcha that clients have been caught out by a fair bit over the years, and a recent discussion on Discord showed that it trips up developers from time to time too: https://discord.com/channels/456442477667418113/545074396457336835/1405554520854888590

It would be nice if a UI tooltip suggested switching to the structure mode the first time a user views it after a change.
