Add ability to search for other fields in element relation field search

Hello!

Love the addition of the quick search fields for elements. We use it all the time! However there's one feature that we find missing and thats a way to extend the functionality to be able to search for different fields within those elements. Specifically one field we use for unique identifiers for a specific section of entries that isn't in the title.

Any way would solve this for us, it could be an event that I could listen for within my custom module to extend the ElementQuery instance.

Update: I might be able to use Search::EVENT_BEFORE_SEARCH for this to expand the query during the execution of the ElementSearchController.

I just loosened up the search, so it’s no longer only looking at elements’ titles, for the next release (b72c41e).
