Show entry types that can be added to an Entry field as a drop down before loading Entries selection

For Entry fields with the Entry Types allowed limited to specific Entry Types, it would be great to be able to separate out the [Create New Entry] vs [Add Existing Entry] workflows.

By making the [Add Entry] button a dropdown when the Entry Types are limited, it would make it more clear to content authors of what kind of Entry Types can be added, and avoid having to load the full Entry selection dialog when the author wants to create and attach an Entry. Currently the workflow for creating a new entry doesn't indicate to the content author what kind of entries can go into the Entry field, and the place where Entry Types selection lives is off to the far right.
