Add Min Time & Max Time to Date field when "Show date and time" is selected

The "Time" field has a helpful "Min Time" and "Max Time" setting. I'd like that to be available to the "Date" field as well. Currently you have "Min Date" and "Max Date", but if you select "Show date and time" instead of "Show date", there's no "Min Time" and "Max Time".
