Allow setting the “Label” field in the Link fieldtype as required (Craft CMS 5.x)

Hi Craft team

In Craft CMS 5.x, when using the Link field type, there’s an option to show a custom “Label” field. However, currently there’s no way to mark this “Label” field as required.

Suggested feature:
Please consider adding a toggle in the Link field settings to make the Label field required when it’s enabled.

A second for this feature - the lack of the ability to make a link label required makes me fall back on using an entry type's title to label the field, which is less than ideal.
