Why do the underscored keywords show up sometimes?

I like using these keywords throughout my app, but how do I get them to be hidden? Example attached. thanks!

I vaguely re-collect something similar happening to me once, and I think it was to to do with the order of where I had inserted the keywords into the form's Description field. Try moving it before or after the "(And all Un-approved orders with no WH assigned yet)".
