Generating new traffic matrices

I recently wanted to use Yates for some experiments. I have read the tutorial you provided, but I am not sure how to generate data for other topologies in topology zoo using YATES's implementation of gravity models.
I was wondering if you could provide some guidance on how to generate new traffic matrices.
Any advice or direction you could offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and assistance.
