[Feature] Feature Request: Support for Feishu (Lark) Webhooks for Notifications

Hi Yearning Team,

First, thank you for creating and maintaining this fantastic tool.

Describe the Feature
I would like to receive real-time notifications about SQL ticket status changes (e.g., created, approved, executed) directly within my team's communication platform. While exploring the webhook feature, I noticed that native support for Feishu (Lark) is not available, unlike other platforms such as DingTalk.

Your Idea
My idea is to add native support for Feishu/Lark webhooks. This would enable users to configure a Feishu bot's webhook URL in Yearning to push notifications directly to a specified group chat.

Feishu/Lark is a widely adopted collaboration suite, and this integration would greatly improve workflow efficiency for many teams.

I have experience with the Feishu API and would be happy to contribute and implement this feature myself. Before I begin, I wanted to ask the community and maintainers if this is a welcome addition and if there are any contribution guidelines I should follow.
