v0.8.63 seems to have re-introduced URL construction errors for Azure OpenAI endpoints.

I just released v0.8.66-vscode with a hot fix to solve all of the Azure problems

@sestinj , tried v0.8.66 and still see the 404 error

@sestinj, I also try v0.8.66 and latest pre release but I still have the issue for the embeddings using the model "text-embedding-3-large".

Could it be link to the path issue reading the config file that is currently affecting JetBrains version of the plugin? With the latest pre release build I get this error when I click on the cog ERR cannot open C:%5CUsers%5Cdacostam%5C.continue%5Cconfig.json. Detail: Unable to resolve resource C:%5CUsers%5Cdacostam%5C.continue%5Cconfig.json: CodeExpectedError: cannot open C:%5CUsers%5Cdacostam%5C.continue%5Cconfig.json. Still have this issue as well with 0.8.66. 0.8.61 still works.
