Feature request description

Running podman from toolbox containers requires special handling containers/toolbox#145

Suggest potential solution

Add logic to detect when running in a toolbox container.

Wrap podman/docker commands in flatpack-spawn --host.
or
Use podman-remote as in containers/toolbox#1660 (comment) and set RAMALAMA_CONTAINER_ENGINE='podman-remote'.
