When Elk sink will support ELK v9.xx ?

Hello ,
I’m asking about the date of the release of new version of elk sink that supports ELK v9.xx?
we will go to elk v9.xx prod soon .
And I think it’s not a big deal to make the connector support the v9.xx as it should be only the client library to upgrade if I’m not wrong
