Possible additions to XAssist

Description of issue

As LLM Implementation is done through these PRs (#151, #156, #161), adding these changes would make the feature better.

• LLM outputs code that is directly to the subsequent cell
• Feed the whole notebook to the LLM checking for possible errors.
• Beautify output format.
