How to study from codecrafters website

So I am currently following the "Build your own https server in C" on the codecrafters website and I am unable to understand how I should be learning from it.

All there is are a bunch of challenges and no actual tutorials.

To complete the challenges I still have to go and research ways to complete those challenges, which doesn't really solve the part where I was actually trying to find one place to learn it all.

Now I may be wrong and this is what they are pushing us to do but I feel unsure about this and would love to know if there's some other way.

Also, if this isn't the best place to ask this please tell me where is, I just figured this is where I could ask this, found no discord.
