Currently, clicking the delete button on a question immediately deletes the question without any confirmation or warning. This can lead to accidental deletions.

A simple confirmation step before deletion. When the trash icon is clicked, two buttons will appear—one to cancel the deletion and one to confirm it.

An alternative approach could be displaying a confirmation dialog box before deletion.
