Missing Relese Notes

It looks like we're missing release notes for v1.8.35 & v1.8.36. Can we please include changes in release notes going forward as before and, if possible, include them for the last two missing releases?

Since v1.8.34 release notes are missing, so hard to tell what's change since v1.8.34. Can we please add back the release notes or changes to release. Thanks

Looks like CHANGELOG is not getting updated since v1.8.34. Can we fix the release pipline to ensure CHANGELOG is getting updated during release. Thanks.
