Access block action not work as expected

My Policy

• action is block

• rule is include everyone, and exclude myemail@gmail.com

• then test policy, all user was blocked

Actual Behavior

All user was been blocked

Expected Behavior

My email xxx@gmail.com should be allowed, and other user block, but now that's not work as expected.

Additional information

Is it just me misreading the docs, or is this behavior not matching what’s documented? Thanks very much.

Hi @helloworlde, your Block policy configuration looks fine. I'm checking with Engineering on whether this is a bug with the policy testing tool. Does the policy work as expected when used in an Access application?

@ranbel Thanks for reponse, the policy blocked all user as same as the test result.
