The documentation blithely says to start and stop the service with
sc start cloudflared
sc stop cloudflared
'sc start' works just fine, but I've not been able to get the service to stop. The status changes to "stopping" but it never completely stops. I can't find logging or other information to indicate what is keeping the service from stopping, and of course once it is in the status "stopping" the sc start cloudflared command doesn't work either.
Troubleshooting might include
- what might cause problems stopping (or starting)
- how to locate causes of problems stopping the service
and so forth.
