TREX with single physical port

Hi,
I need to run trex on a device (Asus NUC Pro) to send packet to another device(Asus NUC Pro) via ethernet. Unfortunately my devices only have one physical port, thus I cannot assign two ports in the .yaml. How can I have this setup working? USB-to-ethernet adapters do not support dpdk.
