I did all the steps according to readme, but vim session doesn't come up when I open a problem. Only "INFO: Source code downloaded from server." appears on the console. By the way, I use MacVim.
What did you set as your Vim command in the settings? I'm actually not sure what it should be to invoke MacVim (maybe the path to the executable file within the app bundle?). It's been so long since I've used OS X...

I used '/usr/local/bin/gvim'. It works in terminal.
