Default tooltip align

Hello, is it possible to copy or slightly change the default alignment of the tooltip? Initially, each point's tooltip has a different alignment, depending on its position, so that the tooltip is always inside the graph and does not go beyond the boundaries, I just wanted to change its alignment along the Y axis when it is on the side of the point. By default, it is "center", but I would like to change it to "top", for example. I would be very grateful if someone could help.
