Exercises: Changing question title and pressing enter changes question type

Current behavior

When editing a question of one of the 2 first types, changing its title and pressing the "Enter" key, the question changes type, even when advanced parameters are not shown. This is due to the special blue button in "Advanced parameters" that changes the question type. Because it's a "submit" type and it's located before the question saving button, it reacts first.

Expected behavior

Pressing enter should trigger the final submit button, not the type change one.

This issue is still there. Additionally, when we are in multiple answer, a double button appears.
