After redirect to index.html, if the user waits longer than 60 seconds to click the
Search for Slotsbutton, it will fail. The authorization code expires after 60 seconds. FHIR.oauth2.ready() should be called as soon as possible, e.g., on page load.http://www.hl7.org/fhir/smart-app-launch/index.html#step-2-ehr-evaluates-authorization-request-asking-for-end-user-input
