Description
Script that will make doc B (in this case, python-guide.org) a canonical "for further reference" for doc B. It will find all items in doc B with IDs that can be linked to with # anchors. It finds all the places in doc A (in this case, our glossary) where those terms appear and makes them into hotlinks to doc B.
