Remove runtime dependency requirement when using `jte-models` extension

When using the jte-models extension for the jte-maven-plugin the generated templates have references to classes from jte-models which in turn pulls in jte-extension-api.

I shouldn't need any more dependencies than jte-runtime when using pre-compiled/generated templates.

Here's an example of a generated Statictemplates class (generated by the jte-models extension using main.jte)

As you can see from the JTE template as well as the resulting class there are direct references to jte-models via import gg.jte.models.runtime.*; (and using the StaticJteModel class). This means when I compile or run my application (which is where the generated StaticTemplates live) I need to have jte-models on the classpath. Since jte-models has a direct dependency on both jte-extension-api and jte both of those have to be available on the classpath as well.
