Add support for Kotlin 2.3

Kotlin version in master switched to 2.3 and jte tests in Ktor fails with errors:
[Module was compiled with an incompatible version of Kotlin. The binary version of its metadata is 2.3.0, expected version is 2.1.0.]
Please, add support for Kotlin 2.3 Language version.
