Add link to ttcli in documentation

My tool ttcli allows to generate a Spring Boot project with JTE. It has support for live reloading, so you just need to save in your editor and the browser refreshes. Under the hood, it uses Vite, which makes it possible to use the Vite niceness for CSS and JavaScript (For instance, use web components or React components on your pages). Maybe you can add a link to the tool for people to more easily discover this tool?
