Khz is displayed wrong

Today, I noticed that the Khz frequency is displayed wrong.
I'm listen to a song and I notice that the Khz is displaying 48 instead of 44 (as it is written down in the file propertys)

Looks like this is related to #82. Maybe we should merge the two?

OS X reports that the demo mp3 llama-2.91.mp3 has a sample rate of 22,050 but Web Audio API is saying 44,100. Is this a stereo/mono issue?

I wrote some code to read the mp3 frame header to get the right khz!!
The exposed text versions are set to match what I saw in winamps info section.
The stuff attached to raw is raw, so you can use that to set winamps stuff.
It doesnt handle VBR yet (Im mainly interested in the khz), but Ill prolly look into that later.
You just have to pass it an arraybuffer of the file, which your code has.

Now if this info can be exposed to the visualizer we can get the spectrum looking right.

Cant believe I couldnt find a version of this already made, it wasnt that hard to do.....just dealing with having no unsigned 32bit numbers was the real annoying bit.
