Add LICENSE to repo root

Hi,

I see it's stated at the bottom of the README that capstone is BSD licensed.

Small nitpick - would it be feasible to add it the repo the "official" way, so it shows on the right-hand side on Github, above releases?

It looks like Github sets this automatically depending on the LICENSE file.

There is still the task to make Capstone REUSE compliant with the final v6 release. Will add your issue there.
