Provide pediatric annotation for DO terms

Feature description

As with MONDO, we'd like to be tagging DO terms for childhood/pediatric onset. I'd be interested in how this ends up looking compared to the mapped mondo terms.

Use case

I think this comes up in some planned metakb uses

Acceptance Criteria

• DO terms should set a "pediatric" flag where appropriate

Proposed solution

I think we can restrict ourselves to just cancer for now. In the raw OWL, I'm seeing a lot of terms have oboInOwl:inSubset with DO_childhood_cancer_slim, we could see how far that gets us.
