Allow setting translucent per tab

Currently it's only possible to make the entire tabbar translucent or not. I think it might be useful to make this a tab prop too.

Hey, I need to double check if this is possible because before I encountered some issues while dynamically changing it, but I agree that in some cases it might be useful.
