feat: UX for selecting React Native project with Claude MCP Server

This is not relevant to Cali, because it runs in terminal. With Claude, how do we choose React Native project, folder? The "poor" way could be passing it as environment argument (like MCP Server FileSystem does), but it would mean you can't run multiple apps during single session.

However, that would be a quick and relatively secure fix to set CWD without exposing entire filesystem.

Otherwise, won't be able to do anything project-specific, apart from configuring and managing simulators.
