We need to add a schedule based on booker's timezone, where the host can set up a (team?) schedule that works on the basis of booker's timezone instead of the host.

We could have it at team level like so:

But "common schedule" has a different meaning currently where it forces this schedule for each member irrespective of what their default schedule is.
In our case, we would still want to respect members' default sTchedules (or the ones selected from the dropdown for each member as we see in regular schedules for team events) but restrict the ability for the booker to only be able to book someone between the said hours in this "common schedule"
