Html injection on support chat feature consider as p5

Hello team ,i found that the vrt of bug crowd consider html injection on  support chat is consider as p5 but why . Same bug submitted on hacker-one they consider as low and accepted it but here the triaged consider it as p5 . Also doesn't move report to customer for final check
