[Feature] "Chocolate Doom"-style autoload directory

As per the documentation on doom-cross-port-collab/issue-tracker#12, the "Chocolate Doom"-style autoload sub-directory is a really nice system to have supported. Autoloading any PWAD-named subdirectories and certain IWAD-type and IWAD-named subdiretories. An added bonus, it comes with being able to reuse the same directories for multiple compatible ports, as well, as I myself have my system setup to re-use the same autoload folder for all of Crispy, Woof and DSDA.

Seconding this. I'm currently having an issue with playing a mapset that uses Doom II as an IWAD, but since I've got a QOL mod in the "doom2" autoload folder it messes with the intermission music and level graphics. Handling autoload directories like the other source ports would fix that issue.
