Windows: If filepath selection for saving be automated

• If user clicks "loop" in GUI even if the filepath is set, it still asks for the path
• If user changes filepath in GUI, changes do not persist to next session (need "config" file for software)?

If the filepath does not exist on the disk, it will ask for it. Otherwise
it will silently continue.
Need to click "Save" button to apply the change to panorama config file so
that this can be loaded next time.
