Hi @Ajay-26. Thanks for your interest in contributing! The focus of the project at this time is Pandas DataFrame coverage, and starting there may be easier. Maybe you can look at adding new Series functions here?

@ehsantn Yes absolutely! Is there an issue for this ? If not, could you give me an overview of what needs to be done -- my guess is adding new methods ?

Also, the file is pretty large, does it make sense to move some of the functionality into multiple files and make it a module ? Happy to do that if you think that is the right call

The first step is finding the gaps and creating issues :) Yes, we need to add more methods and attributes. The docs has the current list: https://docs.bodo.ai/latest/api_docs/dataframe_lib/series/

I wouldn't recommend starting with this kind of refactoring. Add some very small new functionality is usually best. Thanks!

BTW, testing and finding issues is by itself enormously valuable right now since the dataframe library is new. Looking forward to it!
