Is it possible to overlap another image?

I would like to overlap an image done with lines drawn with Painter. I used Stack to overlap it. It works however I noted that the image cannot be moved or zoomed in the zone where the image is overlapped. Is there any workaround to overlap images but still maintaining the zoom and move feature?
