Deleted secret is not recreated by operator

I encountered the following issue with the operator. If the secret created by the operator was deleted and there are no updates on the Bitwarden side, the reconciliation skips, and the secret is not recreated. Is this the intended behavior?

@mandreko-bitwarden documentation is a bit thin, how to cope with the above?
