Setup-extension site shows placeholders for videos (self-host only)

Steps To Reproduce

1. Make sure no Bitwarden Browser-extension is installed
2. Go to: https://bitwarden.yourdomain.tld/#/setup-extension

Expected Result

3 Videos that show how to install the browser-extension.

Actual Result

The browser blocks the videos and shows placeholders (see screenshot).
