Android app using wrong language

Production Build

• I'm using the legacy Bitwarden app pubicly available in App Store / Play Store and I'm aware that Bitwarden Beta bugs should be reported in bitwarden/android or bitwarden/ios

Steps To Reproduce

1. Install another language in Android system languages. Make sure English is the first (preferred) language.
2. Install the latest bitwarden app from play store
3. After visiting a few sites on Chrome that use bitwarden, eventually the app will switch to the other android language in its own. Forcing bitwarden to English instead of system language will temporarily fix the issue but it will return after a short time

Expected Result

Bitwarden should respect the android system language priority.

I am having this issue where it is like totally randomly mixing my primary and secondary languages and it is sooo annoying. Please fix this it's so hard to use the app!
