App extension is not showing as enabled #1440

@rmcdowell-bitwarden

Description

@rmcdowell-bitwarden

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open Bitwarden app
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Tap Autofill
  4. Tap App extension
  5. Tap Activate app extension
  6. Tap Autofill with Bitwarden

Expected Result

A green Extension Activated! message will indicate success

Actual Result

A screen that indicates the Extension has been activated appears. The only way to back out of this page is to tap Cancel.

If Cancel is tapped, the extension is still activated and shows up in the Share menu when using Safari

The option to "Reactivate app extension" is now present.

The same happens if the app is closed out instead of tapping Cancel.
