bw get item takes over 4 seconds

Steps To Reproduce

1. Set BW_SESSION to an unlocked token.
2. Do bw get item '{item}', where {item} is the name of an item in the vault.

Expected Result

The item is returned within milliseconds.

Actual Result

It takes over 4 seconds for the command to complete & produce output.

This happens whether or not I'm connected to the internet.

I don't think that can be true, as this happens across multiple devices, across multiple different internet connections (fibre vs 5G), and even happens when not connected to the internet.
