Windows Hello authentication doesn't work anymore on my Microsoft Surface Laptop, since the 2 last releases #16592

Steps To Reproduce
Just open Bitwarden...
I can enable or disable the PIN code and the main vault password. I can also enable or disable the "Windows Hello" unlock option — but it doesn't seem to have any effect: the only authentication methods that work are still the PIN code and the main vault password. 😢 It used to work perfectly some time ago.
Expected Result
Windows Hello is functioning properly again...
Actual Result
Windows Hello just doesn't have any effect anywhere.
