Completely unable to log in

Steps To Reproduce

On the newest version of the desktop app on Windows 11, open or restart the app, potentially with biometrics as the default option.

Expected Result

It should automatically open the biometrics login window, or at least show any options to login.

Actual Result

There are no options to login with biometrics, pin, or master key.

Additional Context

Enabling or disabling hardware acceleration and restarting does not fix it.
