Assigning an item to a Collection and to a Folder at the same time only assigns an item to a Collection

Steps To Reproduce

1. Sign in to Bitwarden's web interface
2. Edit an item that is not in a Collection or in Folder
3. Attempt to assign this item to a Collection and a Folder

Expected Result

Item will be assigned to both the Collection and Folder

Actual Result

The item is assigned to the Collection, but not the Folder.

The item must be edited again to assign it to the Folder.
