After opening the application from the tray, it opens in windowed mode

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to 'Open the application from the desktop'
2. Click on 'Open it in full screen'
3. Go to 'Minimize the application so that it appears in the tray'
4. Click on 'Open it from the tray'
5. Go to 'The application is back in windowed mode'

Expected Result

The application after opening from the tray opened in the mode it was in before minimizing to the tray. This is how it works if you open the application by shortcut and close it, then it opens in the mode it was in before closing.

Actual Result

After the application is minimized to the tray, it opens in window mode, regardless of whether it was previously open in full screen or not. If you open the application via shortcut, press full screen and then close it, it opens in the mode it was in before closing (full screen).
