Same is happening with the rpm and appimage on openSuSE Tumbleweed. Not sure when it stopped working, because I was away the last 2 weeks, I am pretty sure it was working before I left for vacation. There was an update to kwallet6 in openSuSE due to issues with the xdg-portal, maybe that's related.

I figured out the issue in my case. It is related to Mesa 25.1.1. Downgrading to Mesa 25.0.5 solves the issue and at least the Appimage works again. I haven't tried the rpm version. OpenSuse TW is holding back the update to Mesa 25.1 due to more software failing, e.g. wine. I build Mesa myself and therefore already used 25.1.1, in a test install I downgraded to 25.05 and it works.

The latest update of openSuSE TW fixed the issue. There was an update of the xdg-desktop-portal.
