Credit card number missing spacing

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to Vault
2. Click on View card on any credit card
3. Click on the eyeball icon on the credit card number

Expected Result

When viewing the credit card number, it should be formatted in the typical 'sequence of 4' style: 1111 2222 3333 4444

There are likely exceptions to this for obscure card types like AmEx

Actual Result

Observe that the credit card number isn't formatted 1111222233334444
