AnyVar currently supports PostgreSQL database for data storage. Implement the storage API to enable using Snowflake cloud database for data storage.
Use case
MGB currently runs AnyVar 0.9.1 as part of its genomic data infrastructure, which is based on Snowflake.
Acceptance Criteria
Unit tests can be run using Snowflake for data storage
High through VRS ID computation using VCF files matches current 0.9.1 performance
