Release Schedule

Hello there !

I was wondering if there's a regular release schedule for rules_nodejs. We're in the process of updating NodeJS in our product to 22.13.1 and depend on rules_nodejs. I can see that the update has been merged, however there has not been a release since. (PR merged 24/01/2025, latest release 16/01/2025)

I was wondering if there's any chance a new (minor?) version of rules_nodejs being cut soon ? No pressure—just wanted to check in.

Also I added an auto-release workflow so we shouldn't go so long without releasing in the future.
